My Truth

I got threw my first date without her. I learned how to drive. I learned how to do my hair, nails, and makeup without her. I had 12 great birthdays without her. I didn’t need her then and I don’t need her now. I’m going to get a great job without her. I’m going to marry an amazing guy. I’m going to have a whole bunch of kids. I’m going to be a better mother than she ever was, and I sure as hell don’t need her for that, because there isn’t a damn thing she can teach me about how to LOVE my kids…… (My version of a scene from Fresh Prince.)
